Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

The product was damaged during delivery.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product size differs from what was ordered (subject to stock availability).

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be included.
Image or video proof may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Used or washed products.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
Products returned after the eligible return period.

Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose another available size or receive a refund (if applicable).

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if:

Replacement is unavailable.
The product is confirmed defective.
The wrong item was delivered and cannot be replaced.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or mobile banking within 3–7 working days after approval.

Delivery Charges

If the mistake is made by JB Sports, all return and replacement delivery costs will be covered by us.
If the customer requests an exchange for personal reasons (such as changing size or preference), delivery charges may apply.
